The Conn's along with their son Ryan have been working with Missionary Renewal Asia Pacific (MRAP). They work directly through MRAP with missionaries during their stay in the U.S. between missions terms. Some of the services provided are: help in adjusting or readjusting to culture. Renewal weeks that offer a time of encouragement, fellowship, rest and training; a mentoring program connecting missionary veterans with new missionaries; and a ministry to college and career-age missionary kids.
